I provide individual with a special interest in working with men and adolescents who experience anxiety, social awkwardness, anger issues, and depression who are sick of being held back by stress, who want to stop bottling up their emotions and be more present so they can better enjoy their lives.
I practice as a client centered, compassionate, and supportive counselor. I provide confidential, non judgmental individual and couples counselling sessions and work collaboratively with each client to meet their specific needs. I feel deeply honored to have the privilege of accompanying others on their healing journey.
My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.
Let’s face it, going to therapy is not an easy step to take. There is a lot of stigma and stress that can be associated with making that first call. I have a deep respect for the courage it takes to ask for help and the therapy I provide is centered around that fact. The respect I have for my clients shows up in the way I hold a safe, non-judgmental space for them to get their stories on the table so we can see it from a different perspective. In the end the Clients are the expert in their own lives and my job is to be open, honest, and direct as I collaborate with them build the strengths, skills, and agency, they need to live the lives they want to live.
